Amazing location! We were attending a concert at Scotiabank Arena and it was a short walk to the venue. There are coffee shops and restaurants just across the street. Walking distance to the CN tower as well. Beautiful view of the water. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Amazing staff, professional, friendly and willing to help. We have previously stayed at the Fairmont Royal York but liked the Westin Harbour Castle way better. Our room was more spacious, quieter and the lobby, elevators, etc less busy, even tho there was a convention happening.

Beautiful hotel in central location opposite bus/train Union station, CN tower, shopping etc all within walking distance. Lobby area is stunning with a large blossom tree with flowers at the base for spring. Stayed 3 nights in a Gold King Suite which was spacious with a huge very comfortable king bed, separate sitting area, 2 large TV's, large bathroom and lots of cupboards but no real view out the window. Every morning my husband used the gym and pool area which was amazing, you walk in and are just in awe at how nice and thorough it is with machines and weights, towels, water bottles etc. We had a drink and dinner at the Library Bar the first night which was OK but a bit expensive for a burger meal. Didn't eat at other restaurants in the hotel as far too expensive. Plenty of really good restaurants within a 2 block radius which we ate at. Had access to the Gold private level which was very nice and included in our room price. Bfast choices were very good, happy hour from 2-5 with small snacks and dessert from 8pm. Free soft drinks etc as well any time of the day. Sitting area was lovely and it was such a treat to go there. Hotel staff were all wonderful and we loved staying at this hotel and highly recommend.

great location, walking distance from the main VIA Canada station. Seamless check in and a beautiful room, very clean and up to date. Great bar downstairs and close to all amenities. Highly recommend.

The location was excellent, and the hotel itself was really nice.

It’s not a fancy place. Many rooms share a bathroom. Mine had its own bathroom. It’s a special hotel. Very cool and hip. It’s on top of a famous jazz club. It’s in an incredible location. It’s perfect for the times you can skip luxury in exchange for unique.

Friendly staff, very clean room, no key card

We booked this condo with parking for an appointment at St Michaels Hospital, which was a five minute walk away. Exceptional communication, both before, during and after the stay with very quick responses to questions. Close to Eaton Centre for wandering and shopping. Great kitchen with all we needed to prepare meals for ourselves which is our preference.

Loved the location, rooms and breakfast.

Paid an arm and a leg to stay here for the eras tour but it was worth it!!! The staff was so warm and kind. We were blown away by the extra effort put in to make it extra magical! Balloon arch photo ops of each era scattered throughout the hotel, life size cut outs of Taylor, plus friendship bracelets given upon check in! Hotel was actually quite nice in person! It felt high end and everything was nice and clean. The less than 10 min walk back from the Roger’s Center was awesome after a full night of singing and dancing. Highly recommend if you are staying for an event there. Thank you Radisson Blu!

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The washing machine in the room has been very useful too. The hotel staff has been always amazing. A 10/10

The price was really good for the quality of the rooms and the helpful staff. The brunch was also very nice. SPA is good also.
