The location is spectacular, right in front of the lake and has everything at walking distance. The service and facilities were amazing as well. They have great restaurants and a bar on location which made it amazing for us to have a good evening since we couldn’t go out because of the rain. Overall a great stay for us.

Fabulous location if you are attending the Christmas markets. Situated across the street from the train station, it was perfect for us and a very spacious room. Comfortable beds

The Staff were really helpful and patient with my limited German (turns out they all spoke perfect English) Breakfast was a good buffet with hot and cold food- The location was really good just a 5 min walk to the Old Chapple Bridge, WiFi was also excellent Staff were very helpful with info on free buses and things to do, I picked the hotel as I thought it was a budget option but was pleasantly surprised,

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The location is right at the bus stop to the city center - keep in mind that you get a voucher for free transportation around the city (and discounts for many more). The hotel is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Switzerland. What really made this stay special was the staff! Samer at the reception is such a funny and cool guy, made us laugh and feel welcome. If we ever return to Lucerne, I would stay here again.

e had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Art Deco hotel. Everything was a perfect 10/10! The highlight was definitely the stunning view over Lake Lucerne—waking up to that sight every morning was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out for the pillow menu, which ensured a fantastic night's sleep. We can't wait to come back!

It's new and it has coffe machine, that's amazing

We had one night stay in Luzern. Hotel was very nice and clean. It had perfect Pilatus and lake wiev. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms was minimalistic and clean. Close to the bus station, only you have to walk up to hill for 3-4 min. If you don’t mind its soo good for you☺️

Awesome location and the two rooms were next to each other as requested. Such beautiful rooms - both with balcony's - perfect for our family of five over two rooms. The hotel is walking distance to everything nearby - the historic bridges, the train station and the cool ice skating rink and christmas market near the train station. The staff were also exceptional at helping us out with lost luggage - one bag was received while we were out and they kept it safe and another arrived after we had moved on to Lauterbrunnen and they also kept that safe to retrieve on our way back to Zurich airport 6 days later. Can't rate the staff highly enough.
