Perfectly located, well equipped and spacious rooms, with very welcoming staff

There is everything to like about this property. Clean, great location, friendly accommodating staff, beautiful facility with well maintained rooms, common areas and outside gardens. The lovely breakfast area and delicious food was a great start to each day.

Amazingly unique hotel with historical architecture, contemporary comfort, and excellent service. The people, the service were exemplary. I am extremely happy that I chose and stayed in this beautiful location.

This hotel was ideally located in the old center of Basil. Everything is accessible walking or by public transport. The rooms and facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when in Basel!

The staff were exceptional here, the rooms, the saunas, all a great experience.

The location was perfect for the Viking Cruise we were taking. We were able to walk to the port. The morning staff were really warm and helpful. Loved the old building.

The room was great, compact but a great value. Short walking distance to the train station. Close to eateries. Nice self service coffee machine in the lobby. They provided a free Basel Card for local transportation. Would stay again.

The reception and hotel staff are very polite and kind. The my room was very clean and was cleaned every day. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will definitely stay here again if I come to Basel again.

It was in a great location for public transport and walking distance to the city centre. All the staff were very nice and helpful with any questions or requests. The back garden area was also nice to sit in and have a drink.
