The location and the stuff are very nice

The staff was very helpful with my questions about how to go to specific places and how to use public transportation. Also the hotel was close to the Chapel bridge and a lot of restaurants

Fabulous location if you are attending the Christmas markets. Situated across the street from the train station, it was perfect for us and a very spacious room. Comfortable beds

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was specious, with large windows that could be opened, allowing in plenty of fresh air. The hotel's location was excellent - right next to the train station and ona the edge of the old town, but in a quiet street. We had a tasty, diverse breakfast buffet.

The location was 10 out of 10. very close to the station and a wonderful view of Karpel bridge which makes you feel so good even if you are in the room

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is comfortable,quiet and clean. The location is very good, not far from tourist spots.

The Staff were really helpful and patient with my limited German (turns out they all spoke perfect English) Breakfast was a good buffet with hot and cold food- The location was really good just a 5 min walk to the Old Chapple Bridge, WiFi was also excellent Staff were very helpful with info on free buses and things to do, I picked the hotel as I thought it was a budget option but was pleasantly surprised,

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The location is right at the bus stop to the city center - keep in mind that you get a voucher for free transportation around the city (and discounts for many more). The hotel is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Switzerland. What really made this stay special was the staff! Samer at the reception is such a funny and cool guy, made us laugh and feel welcome. If we ever return to Lucerne, I would stay here again.

Great room and fantastic breakfast, best breakfast we had on our 7 day tour od Switzerland. Girls at reception were exceptional and friendly, we would definitely stay there again.

Loved the proximity to the train, downtown, and the park with a wonderful playground. The blinds were amazing for the first night after international travel/jetlag. The vibe was eclectic and unique and the staff were incredible. Lovely experience - absolutely recommend.
