Nice stay in Beijing in a great location. Special mention for Guest Relations manager Maria and check-in staff Kyrie. Our food and beverage order on day 1 was delayed but Maria sent a sweet and heartfelt hand-written apology note the next day which was much appreciated.

Good location. Clean and comfortable

Initially, we chose this hotel due to its pretty central location. However, when we arrived we really liked the staff. The reception manager, Lily, was extremely helpful. She didn’t only check us in but she accompanied me to the closest commodities store thought it was past 11 pm. The room was clean and pretty spacious. There are cups and tea leaves in the room. There is coffee and boiling water at the reception. PS My daughter was extremely pleased by a cat that lives in the hotel.

The entrance was a bit confusing at the beginning. But inside it was awesome. Staffs were too helpful.

The hotel is within walking distance to a nearby metro station and bus stop. It is easier to just call a Didi ride as the hotel is centrally located. Room is comfortable. There are restaurants nearby and a small convenience shop outside the hotel.

Excellent staff, very helpfull and cooperative. The hotel is excellent, food and rooms exceptional.

Honestly the location is pretty good, food is mediocre. But the staff are just ridiculous. They’ve tried to overcharge me upon checking in, they’ve lost my medication that I’ve asked to keep refrigerated and then laughed and ridiculed me when i’ve told the staff that its expensive and that i need it.
