I loved the stay. it is calm and senere away from the hustle and bustle of the city and still the place is in the heart of the city.

I like the spacious rooms and the beautiful view.

The service is excellent. During my last visit, I gave the comments that the breakfast-room service can improve. Now after one month, when I re-visit, I certainly see the great improvement. Staff are experienced and are very caring. The staff at the concierge and luggage transfer department are also super friendly and helpful. They helped me many times with heavy luggages and deliveries with friendly smile. When they helped me set all the luggages in the taxi, they even told the taxi driver which gate they should park in the airport for my airline. For the receptionist, this time, I run into another small problem. The room I first checked in only has one sofa (for a twin bed room) and the sitting place was not sufficient because my I was travelling with my Dad. They immediately found a nice solution for me, efficient and helpful. During the midnight, I asked for some cleaning service due to my kid. And the cleaning department came to attend the matter immediately. The location is great. Please do visit the IGC tower right next to the hotle. You can find everything you need for restaurnts, deserts, and of course shops and entertainment. You can see the landmark Guantzhou tower right in front of the hotel (if not within your room). I definetely will come back. Thank you all for the great service and good memory!

Good location, helpful and friendly staff. Tip to everyone location is: SKY VILLA. You can pin to Didi and you will see Zhong Da Plaza infront of the building.

The view was great. Quite a lot of options for breakfast and it’s definitely good value for your money. I’ll highly recommend and stay everytime I’m here.

It’s really amazing. Stay there very near to Canton fair only just 15 minutes bus. Hotel staff very friendly, amazing view, walking distance, all food, Arabic and Chinese and Indians and all countries also walking distance Canton Tower

Our room was facing the Canton tower. You can't get a better view. Although the property itself seems dated, the room was very modern. My partner loved the fitness club.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Hotel in Guangzhou and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, providing us with a beautiful panorama of the city. The highlight of our stay, however, was the service we received from the chief concierge, Peter. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from hailing taxis to sending packages via DHL. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rest of the personnel at the Jumeirah Guangzhou were also very nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist in any way possible. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Jumeirah Guangzhou to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in the city. The combination of beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, and exceptional service from Peter and the rest of the staff make it a truly special place to stay.

Location is very good. The view is fantastic showing the canton tower day & night view wonderful really. Restaurant is just around the corner. Convient stores also… next to igc mall…. During the night you can just have a walk down the hotel and coffee shops is everywhere too… kudos to the staff they don’t speak good English. But they are doing 100% effort to answer all your needs , questions & inquiry. They are very accommodating.

Will surele be booked to MaxX the next time we go to Guangzhou. Location, facilities, access, hotel people are great. Though I would suggest better or more breakfast options.

Very good value hotel with a very helpful staff.. One very helpful staff, Jia Si Ding, even helped me with China apps and SIM card... Very satisfying stay
