The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The food at the restaurant was incredible and the waiting staff was knowledgeable about recommendations and pairings. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking Kassel city at no extra charge. The pool area looks incredible and picturesque however we did not personally use it

Small room, but we felt very comfortable. It was very nice and quiet. Soundproofing was excellent. Very responsive and attentive staff. The location is good, close to Bergpark. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Free private parking on site. We always found a place for our car.

The view was incredible. We were in an upper floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. We were just so pleased with this hotel. I would definitely choose it again. Loved our stay there.

Boutique hotel in UNESCO surrounding. New awesome management. Digital check in worked well. Strong like the HERCULES nearby. Will book for my wedding maybe :)

We loved our stay here! Our rooms were very comfortable. The area was so beautiful and relaxing. While staying here, we visited Bergpark Wilhelmshohe and Lowenburg Castle which were very close.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was comfy and cozy. We were right next to the park, so it was a short walk to see everything. Breakfast was awesome!

Funny hotel where you walk from the reception around the building and go up some stairs. Room was a bit cramped but had everything. Leaving in the morning no hassle; just put key in a key box.

Very very small room. Bathroom was outdated. We booked the room due to the location and the city view from the balcony. When we asked to sit outside and enjoy the view (there were chairs and tables set outside) we were told that that area was only open for breakfast. No AC in the room btw. Reception closed at 7pm so good luck asking for any assistance after that… clean towels or any other services.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful family hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the family dog, which added a lovely touch to our stay. We booked a standard suite but got a sweet upgrade to the deluxe suite, and it was so comfy and gorgeous. You can tell they put thought into every little detail, and there was even a nice welcome note from the staff waiting for us on the table. The vegetarian food at the restaurant was amazing too! We loved our stay and will definitely remember this place.

The Hotel restaurant was quaint and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious. The staff was incredible. Everyone made sure we were well cared for. Philip, Neira, and Dado made our stay very enjoyable and we would not hesitate to go back. Thank you thank you thank you.

The staff are all warm and nice. The double room we booked is clean and lovely. The location is near to the Grimmwelt and the station of tram 1 which can directly go to the Wihelmschön park, it’s really convenient for tourists. The breakfast is cheap and rich, coffee is delicious.

The room was spotless! So clean and comfortable. The on-site Biergarten was relaxing and had delicious food & drink. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us tips on what to see in the area.

I stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and standard, with a comfortable bed. After reading reviews about the breakfast, I chose not to pay for it. Instead, I found many excellent bakeries nearby, just a short tram ride away. Tram is very close to the hotel so was very convenient to get to the city centre.
