The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the large bathtub and having an elevator to the third floor. Finally, the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. I am only sorry I did not take advantage of dinner in the beautiful restaurant.

The place is very nice and quiet. The hotel isn't big, but it has six electric car chargers! The staff is amicable, chatty, and cheerful. It looked like there was enough staff, which is rare in so many hotels. Everything was just as it should be.

Beautiful old hotel, carefully preserved but also made very comfortable and with modern amenities. I loved the lion statues outside. It was a privilege to walk up the wide classic divided staircase (lift available) and in the spacious halls.

The hotel is modern and clean. Only a short walk away from downtown Braunschweig.

The people at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. I was very happy and pleased with the service. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I had to ask for towels myself. Other than that, the rooms were very clean and the people at the reception were very helpful in helping me find my way around. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

We stayed two nights in the suite on the top floor, which had also kitchenette. The room was very spaceous, ceiling super high, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is great for sight seeing on foot. The staff was very friendly and flexible: I booked two rooms by mistake, and they agreed to cancel the second room without any cost (they would've had the right to charge one night for the extra room). To reach the topmost room you have to climb the stairs from the 3rd floor, where the lift ends.

Whenever we travel through Germany and need a sleep-over, we prefer to book a room in Frühlings-Hotel. We love the centralized location in the city itself, the kind staff and a perfect breakfast!

The location is very convenient and the staff are kind and helpful. Parking may be s bit challenging if you drive a big car, but I found a parking spot behind the hotel in the end. The facilities are clean, albeit in a kind of outdated design.

This charming apartment in the old town was absolutely lovely. It was airy, roomy, comfortable, and spotless. The owner was very helpful with suggestions and directions. She was very thoughtful in giving us a room that accommodated my mother. Everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance. We would definitely return here on another visit.

Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. It also had a certain charm to it with rafters separating part of the room. We had a separate sitting area as well. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel is in a very good location, just across the street from the pedestrian shopping area and a short walk to the old town and palace.

Walking distance to many areas. Clean warm room. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
