It was a clean hotel room in the city center with everything you would expect in a room. Despite its central location, the parking space was a serious plus.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, my room was clean. I brought my dog and there was no problem.

A full service hotel. 24 hour reception. Has a historic decore in a large and comfortable lobby. There was someone to help me take my bag to my room. Reserved a taxi early in the morning to take me to the airport. The taxi arrived 7 minutes early. An exceptional breakfast buffet for 27€. The selection was excellent and left me fueled and ready to go all day. Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Small room, but I am a solo traveler, so it was enough for me. Cost a bit more than the normal budget tourist hotels, but the extra money was worth the amenities. Walk out of the south exit of the central Munich train station, cross the street and you are there.

Location, braakfast, good sized rooms

Location was great to center of old Town Munich and Marienplatz, breakfast was worth eating at hotel parking was good in building on a busy street.

the room was very nice, our daughter loved the room. the shower water speed and warmness was perfect. it is very close to the hauptbahnhof (trainstation) u-bahn, s-bahn.

This site has been severely underrated. The staff were great, the room was clean & comfortable, the location was great! Easy access to trains & old town.

I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t have reviews yet, but I strongly recommend staying here. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and spacious, and breakfast, though simple, was tasty and had options to suit different preferences. The location is excellent if you are visiting for Oktoberfest and also very close to most of the city’s main attractions. The train station is within walking distance. Like in any city center, there are some less attractive spots nearby, such as nightclubs and casinos, but this never caused us any inconvenience nor made us feel unsafe. Many thanks to Bruno and the entire team – I would return without hesitation.
