Very clean and old-fashioned style!

We had a late flight, we arrived at the hotel at about 11pm. Anyway the front desk gave us a quick check in and lots of other hospitality.

Very friendly staff ready to help you. Breakfast was ok. Clean and tidy rooms. Definitely will book for next stay.

The Staff was wonderful and very welcoming. They went out of their way to help out with everything I needed, and even gave recommendations about things to do.

The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was tasty and good options.

It was very clean and they made our stay very comfortable. Even added a small sofa bed per request and it was perfect. There was free water in the room and plenty of pillows. There was also A/C and heating but we didn’t use it bc the room temperature was good.

There was amazing staff, everyone so nice 🤗 Rooms very clean and warm, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. They even allowed us to make our own tee in the evening, even if there is no kettle on the room 🤩 Delicious breakfast, good coffee, close to the airport, like 10 min by walk, and still silent.

Close to airport, close to eateries or Restaurants , easy to find

It is a fairly new hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive. As it was all new, the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything is made of wood which feels natural and sustainable.

Everything was really good. The staffs were really amazing and could talk English also which was a real life saver. Thank you ladies for having help me to understand the train system in germany. anytime i need something they were always there to help.

Excellent breakfast. The staff and the Café Neumann there are like family and I have stayed there three times. Very pleasant, personable, efficient staff.

very newly renovated and amazing rooms for the price, if you arrive early no problem they have a place that you can put your stuff, not lockers but there is camera watching

Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

Great hotel! We only stayed here for one night, but could spend more time easily. It has plenty of restaurants around and also big shopping center. The S1 line is just 10 minutes walk and it connects you directly to the center. The apartment itself is very spacy and well-equipped! It is very close to the airport and has free parking. Highly recommended!

Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Clean. It is near the airport, so I heard some planes. The style of decoration and construction seemed a bit odd to me, but was a perfectly fine place to stay for a layover.

The setting is very central but nevertheless calm. Service was great!
