It was clean, modern and with easily accessible parking lot. Room size was good, with more than enough space for 2 people. Access from the parking to the room is straightforward. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect - clean and nice looking room with a design touch.The location is great as well..U and S stations are near and the bus stop is right across the street and it is not too far away from the city centre - about 30 min walking. I strongly recommend the place.

The staff were really nice, especially the front desk manager. He made me feel at home, and was fun to talk with.

I was in doubt if my stay was going to be good but it ended up being amazing. The location is great, close to everything and we have been in that area for tourism before and to be honest it was not noisy (we were on the 4th floor) at all and it was quite nice for us. The room and bedroom were cleaned and the staff was great with us. We were put on a balcony room and we couldn’t have had a better time. Thank you so much everyone who made our stay wonderful.

There was a self check-in machine that made the process very smooth, and it provided the room key card right away The machine was user-friendly and quick The room and the entire hotel were very clean and well-maintained The price was also very reasonable for what was offered. Place was very clean and quiet. My colleagues booked another way more expensive place but I slept way better than them. Staff were super friendly. I walked from the hotel to the pier and to hamburg Messe and the train station.
