For where we wanted to be, this was a perfect hotel. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful for our needs.

It was clean, modern and with easily accessible parking lot. Room size was good, with more than enough space for 2 people. Access from the parking to the room is straightforward. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel very much. Great location - we walked to all the main attractions in Hamburg. Elaborate breakfast, spacious and very comfortable room. Highly recommended.

It was very nice inside, very impressive, clean and good beds. The Hungarian clerk was a very nice person to talk to. Made us feel very welcome.

I liked the location, the room was clean, all the necessities were there. The bed was really comfortable. We had a room with a balcony, so that was a nice addition.

The place is neat and compact. It’s is worth the price and affordable as well. A very good location.

This was such a fun and awesome Hostel/hotel with awesome room options for family or group travel. I believe up to an 8 person "family" room was available as well as hostel options. The staff was there for you around the clock. Had a key check in and check out process so you didnt have to worry about losing a key anywhere. The neighborhood was a wild party and the hotel felt like a welcome and quiet oasis in it all. Perfect stay.

My band and I stayed here while playing the Reeperbahn Festival, outstanding location right on the Reeperbahn. Great lobby bar with a great little patio. We were a group of five so a twin room and triple room was perfect for us, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly, even let me check in early as one of our rooms was ready. Can’t say enough good things!!!

The location of the hotel is 🔝. Two metro stations around the corner, walking distance to the city center is short (20-30mins). The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice. Great value for money.

Ambiente hotel is in the center of St Pauli , restaurants around close to the train station . I love the place

The location is perfect, as you are located closely to many interesting areas of Hamburg; St. Pauli, Schanze, Hafencity and Mitte - this made it very convenient in regards to getting around and have access to to a wide range of restaurants, shops and attractions. The rooms are nicely decorated, the size is good for a city-stay and we did not experience any sound from either the streets or the hallways of the hotel. Besides that we found the beds and pillows very comfortable and usually I bring my own pillow when traveling, so I was very positive, that these where of such good standard. The breakfast was basic, but good and had many opportunities also for vegetarians, which was highly appreciated for us. There is everything you need to get a good breakfast; yoghurt with various toppings, many sorts of breads, boiled eggs and of course; juice and coffee. It is not a luxury breakfast, but there is more than you will need for a decent breakfast. The bike rent was really great and made it possible for us to see so much of the city, as we could get around the city faster than with S-bahn and taxi. When the weather is nice and not having to get further than 8 km from the hotel, then biking is a great way to experience the city. The staff was extraordinary! We were unfortunate that one of us got sick during the stay and the staff was helpful during this time, which made the experience extremely pleasant. This is our second stay at Motel One Hamburg am Mitte, and we do not want to stay other places in Hamburg, as we find location, service, quality and price perfect for our needs.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is perfect if you enjoy walking and exploring, Hamburg's city center is just a 20–25 minute walk away, which we really enjoyed. There’s also a metro station right in front of the hotel for those who prefer public transport, but we chose to walk instead. Everything you might need is nearby, shops, cafes, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially one gentleman from Venezuela (sorry we forgot his name!) who made us feel very welcome. We came all the way from Saarland to see König der Löwen, and we have no regrets. Great experience overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
