Staff was very helpful in helping me move rooms when power unexpectedly did not work in original reservation. Great location and the brunch selection was top notch!

It was very clean and they made our stay very comfortable. Even added a small sofa bed per request and it was perfect. There was free water in the room and plenty of pillows. There was also A/C and heating but we didn’t use it bc the room temperature was good.

The Staff was wonderful and very welcoming. They went out of their way to help out with everything I needed, and even gave recommendations about things to do.

Reception staff helpful, Many hotels across Germany have resorted to self check-in to save them money. Hotel Engel offered a helpful reception and a warm welcome

The bed is super comfy (harder mattress, just as my back likes it), the room is spacious. The sound insulation is pretty solid, although the room was on the 1st floor and overlooking a busy road, there was hardly any noise. The bathroom is also very clean.

Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Clean. It is near the airport, so I heard some planes. The style of decoration and construction seemed a bit odd to me, but was a perfectly fine place to stay for a layover.
