Nice hotel, clean room and the location is fine. But the staff and the girl in the reception Nancy makes this 3 star hotel a 5 stars hotel! She solve a problem and she gave us a lot off information for the city! Thanks a lot Nancy!!!

The location of the hotel was simply perfect - right between the city center and Messe München, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a modern and fresh look. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, soft yet supportive, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the small kitchen area with a tea kettle and coffee machine - a lovely touch that made the stay even more pleasant. The room also had a nice table with two comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing or working. The shower was great, and the presence of a hair dryer was convenient. It was impressively quiet, thanks to well-insulated windows and doors, and the three elevators made access to all floors quick and easy. Breakfast was truly outstanding - besides the classic options, there were two kinds of salty fish and the traditional Munich white sausages served with sweet mustard, which was a delightful surprise. Finally, the staff at the reception were always warm, kind, and helpful, no matter the day. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich!

A wonderful stay all-around - the staff was very kind and accommodating, rooms comfortable, location convenient and free minibar a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
