The public S-Bahn trains, which connect you to the entire city, are located directly beneath the hotel. There is an elevator from the station that leads straight to the hotel—just follow the Hilton signs at the exit. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was quick and efficient, even during peak hours. We had no trouble finding an empty table. The room was spacious and warm in October, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The cleaning was also very good. There was a tea and coffee maker in the room. We had dinner at the Mona restaurant, which was excellent.

It's a great little hotel in a great location. Not flash, but an old time welcome and a good breakfast. The receptionist is top notch and very helpful. I'm planning to return with my wife for a short trip to Munich.

I like the location, near to center, easy access, the owner is very kind and helpful, the room was clean, the bathroom and the shower cabin was very clean and the water was warm and had pressure! The breakfast could be solved easier, there are so many backeries near to the location.

- easy to find the hotel; underground, tram or bus in the walking distance - easy free parking on the street (not permitted during working days from 8 am till evening) or in the hotel garage (for a fee) - helpful staff in reception - quiet rooms - comfortable bed and pillows - kitchenette in the room - supermarket, bakery close to hotel - haven't tried the breakfast but a cappuccino was very good 👍

Very good quality-price ratio, cleanliness and comfort typical for Motel One. Good location (walking distance from Munich East station), tr 21 to downtown right in front of the hotel. Our room was ready way before check-in time and the process was really fast, friendly front desk

The room was a bit small, but modern and clean, with plenty of power outlets, which we liked. Quiet location and parking available in the hotel garage — there was usually space.

This place is such a gem: close to the city center, underground parking, elevator, spacious rooms, very clean and nothing is broken, minibar, good breakfast, nice courtyard, friendly staff, small presents for kids. None of that is unique by itself, but it's very rare to get everything at once. Will stay again.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast that starts early (6:00 on weekdays). Really wonderful noise blocking windows! Clean rooms with a thoughtful lighting control.

The location is excellent, the staff very helpful and the room is beautiful. Overall it's a wonderful hotel that's inviting.

The location of the hotel is very good. The metro station is only 6-7 minutes walk from the hotel, as will as a large number of bus and tram stations within a radius of 200-300 meters from the hotel. The hotel area is quiet and safe. The breakfast is in comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, varied from scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, to various sweets, juice, coffee tea.. The staff at the reception is very kind. Natalia is always ready to help and to provide all the informations like wat to visit, how to go there. For my next trip to Munich I will go to this hotel again. I recommend.

The location of the hotel was simply perfect - right between the city center and Messe München, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a modern and fresh look. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, soft yet supportive, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the small kitchen area with a tea kettle and coffee machine - a lovely touch that made the stay even more pleasant. The room also had a nice table with two comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing or working. The shower was great, and the presence of a hair dryer was convenient. It was impressively quiet, thanks to well-insulated windows and doors, and the three elevators made access to all floors quick and easy. Breakfast was truly outstanding - besides the classic options, there were two kinds of salty fish and the traditional Munich white sausages served with sweet mustard, which was a delightful surprise. Finally, the staff at the reception were always warm, kind, and helpful, no matter the day. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich!
