The hotel is very practical, the rooms are very well designed, organized, spacious and contain all the needed amenities. Everything is new, modern and pristine. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing between the train station and a mall with all needed essentials.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great if you wish to be near the Hainerberg Exchange / military housing area (easy walking distance). Otherwise, not much immediately close to hotel except business offices, but there is a taxi stand nearby and taxis were always there to hop in and go. You can purchase breakfast at the hotel and they give you a discount if you add it to your bill when you check in. Coffee and food were good. Overall good stay.

It was convenient and parking was under the hotel.

We had a very early flight out of Frankfurt so we were up ridiculously early to catch a train to the airport and the hotel was in the perfect location. A short five minute walk. Also, my daughter left her little coin purse in the room. I emailed the hotel two or three days after we returned home to see if she left it there and it was at the front desk. I asked if her Euros were still in the coin purse and if they could use the money in there to mail her coin purse home to her in the US. The front desk clerk took a picture of the addressed package to show me in an email he had in fact wrapped it up to send. It probably wasn't worth shipping international postage but it was a bit sentimental to her. He went above and beyond which I appreciate.

This is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel. I love this place. Convenient to the train station and downtown area but on a quiet street.

Great location. Everything is close: supermarkets, reataurants, cafeterias, Catholic Church.

We chose to stay here again when we returned to Wiesbaden after traveling about other parts of Germany, purely due to the excellent staff and updated, clean rooms. As always the breakfast is superb and the location is great. Tip: They have parking cards available for a close off site garbage, just ask when you check in. We will 100% stay here again… Christmas market time!

Very adequate room for the price. Clean, new, felt sterile. The hotel is on a larger, public street with some fast food restaurants very close by. Beware of the speed cameras on this road....the limit is very slow.

Didn’t want to blame the hotel because I am assuming, based on past experiences with booking.com that messages are not passed on quickly so last minute are not fixed. I could not manage 21 o’clock check in and the alternative was relayed too late. (Wifi issues on train were a factor too, and a lost phone)

Beautiful view, close to the nice parks and downtown, they cleaned the room the second day which was great.
