The location is just 3 minutes walking from the train station. The room was very clean. Nice swimming pool and spa area and the cleaniness was top.

Really beautiful entrance lobby. First class restaurant area with views over to the mountains. Serves wide ranging breakfasts and very good evening meals. Staff were always available and very helpful and friendly. Good sized room with ensuite bathroom. Pleasant balcony overlooked ancient forest. Almost instant taxi service available for trips into the city. Easy access underground parking.

Insel Hotel has the most delicious, wonderful variety of food for breakfast. The space was large and you could also sit in the main dining room. My son travels a lot for business and said this was the nicest breakfast he’s had!

Excellent restaurant, great view from the room

Great location to access Bonn and Kiln and other sites via train. My room overlooked a lovely field. Hangelar is pretty and has good restaurants especially Siciliana. Hotel offers good dinners.

The room was very clean, nicely equipped, spacious and light. We were very satisfied with it. We liked the surroundings as well, we have a small child, and it was quite nice that there is a playground for children 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Great location which was easy to find. The room was clean and a nice, good value place to base your Bonn stay from. The breakfast was lovely and easy communication with the friendly host. Would stay again!

Right in the city center. Covered parking nearby - 3eur per night, cheap on Sunday. Comfortable and warm.

The location is perfect and the staff were so friendly. The room was cleaner than we expected. Also we made our reservation at last minute but they were still being able to make the room ready on time. P.S: Especially Iranian guy (he didnt give his name) was so nice, respectful and made us very comfortable. I hope he gets a good raise! :)
