The entire stay was a pleasure. The hotel was fantastic and we enjoyed the reataurant and pool.

Insel Hotel has the most delicious, wonderful variety of food for breakfast. The space was large and you could also sit in the main dining room. My son travels a lot for business and said this was the nicest breakfast he’s had!

The breakfast is very good with a lot of options, the hotel and room were very clean And the rooftop is the perfect place for a late drink

Really beautiful entrance lobby. First class restaurant area with views over to the mountains. Serves wide ranging breakfasts and very good evening meals. Staff were always available and very helpful and friendly. Good sized room with ensuite bathroom. Pleasant balcony overlooked ancient forest. Almost instant taxi service available for trips into the city. Easy access underground parking.

Our stay in Bonn was just for one evening, and as we had our car, did not require to be in the city center. This property is located in a very quiet area of Bonn. Inexpensive parking was available in the underground garage ( 15 euro per 24 hour ) or free in the gravel lot across from the main building. Large room, comfortable shower and good lighting in bathroom which is not always the case in European lodging. Coffee, tea and water provided in room with coffee maker and water pot in community room at the end of the hallway. We were able to access our room via a key box at the exterior of the bldg. door. Staff was very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay.

Welcoming friendly service on arrival room fantastic clean tidy and nice being able to look out on the shop and street. Very quiet at night. Definitely a 10/10 experience for two Aussie hikers. Breakfast plenty of choices.

One of the best BB places that we stayed at, the rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you might need. And we had the most hospitable host, she was super friendly and walked us through the rooms and explained everything in a nice and easy way. The check in and out process was really smooth.

Helpful staff. I am covid conscious and was invited to eat breakfast in a more private space away from the breakfast room. Clean. Open window. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful hotel in a secluded location. Excellent communication with the staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. My room was on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. Having an elevator was very helpful. Excellent breakfast. But I highly recommend stopping by for dinner as well. I ordered the «"Schmorbraten "Braumeister Art" vom Schweinenacken, zart mit Apfelrotkohl und Kartoffelklößen"» and it was so delicious. Tender meat in gravy. Good selection of wines. Would respectfully stay at this hotel again.

everything was great, the spa was amazing, the staff were super sweet, the room was spacious and beautiful and the food was great too. will definitely come back. thank you for the lovely stay :)

We had a large group (family of 7) on this trip and the hotel was very polite and accommodating. The location was great as well. Very convenient. Very beautiful.

Lovely and convenient location, with a bakery with great baked items and coffee just opposite, view of hills from the balcony, and nice hiking trails in the neighborhood. There is a tram station 3 min away, and a bus stop 10 min away. The room has all facilities, kitchenware. The staff is very helpful.

The Sauna was great and the breakfast was also excellent. The staff was very nice.

The hotel room is uniquely decorated unlike business hotel rooms elsewhere. The staff are nice and hospitable. I really liked breakfast as well. I’ll come back when I come on another business trip in Bonn.
