Excellent breakfast: fresh cut fruit, fresh juice, fresh brewed coffee, made-to-order eggs, granola and fresh yogurt, toast and whipped butter and jam. Staff was friendly and engaging and recommended places to eat and things to do. Lovely parquet floors and colonial interiors. Nice outdoor sitting garden.

We love staying at Mercure. The location is great, staff is friendly and very helpful and the heated pool is definitely our favorite. Will be back soon 😌

Staff were very friendly, very accommodating as well. Breakfast was limited but I really liked it. Staff only spoke Spanish which may be an issue for some.

This was an exceptional stay; the building is amazing, our room was very comfortable and the location is great. The staff went above and beyond to help us for our one night stay, like putting out early breakfast before our tour start. The hotel is very close to the artisanal market for picking up hand-made gifts and there are a number of nice restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Room is big, with terrace. Rather close to the metro (that is really nice). Rather calm district (bars, discos are located in few hundreds meters). Hot water is hot, though you need to wait a bit. In general clean.

My room was just as it looks in the photos on booking. Congratulations. Cleanliness in the room excellent. Hearty breakfast, they give you a choice between natural juice with or without sugar, hot and chocholate.

The enter process was very friendly and polite, with a detail explanation and extra information needed for me regarding location an close events.

Loved my room with an amazing view, kind staff, simple but delicious breakfast, rooftop terrace, central location, and great price. Was my second stay. I could literally live here.

Amazing staff. Good breakfasts. Clean. Bed was nice and soft. Hot water and electricity 24/7. WiFi is ok also.
