I just love the location , walking distance from and to the public park and great breakfast.

This is the best place I've ever stayed in south and Central America as a budget traveler. Clean rooms, hot water, good bathroom, the owners are so nice..breakfast is good. The property is very nice with a stream next to it and roses and other flowers. Most places besides America, hearing traffic, dogs, la festival, or in Europe the little garbage trucks at 3am, quite rooms are hard to find. This is one of them that is quite and nice. Their are hummingbird in the garden. They told me the best restaurants and set me up with a private tour, for a very reasonable price, to go see the hummingbirds. Truly awesome.

The front desk arranged a driver for the day to take me to places I wouldn't have found on my own. Made reservations for restaurants. I had access to amazing people 24/7. The rooms were large and had a beautiful view.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The hotel is with close proximity to many restaurants. Staff is knowledgeable about area, polite and very helpful. Safe neighborhood. Easy ride to airport, i.e., better than if staying in Quito center.
