The location was really the best. It's just in the city center of Alexandria, 5 minutes on foot from the Corniche. Also the most important attractions, such as the Citadel, the Mosque, the library and the Catacombs are only few minutes far by Taxi, which is very cheap. The reception desk is 24/24 open, they can speak english and they are kind and available to help you with everything you need. Regarding the room, it was OK for the price. Everything was clean.

Every room has amazing views, clean room, good bathroom, good bed. Everything works fine. The staff is attentive. The rooms are bright, have high ceilings with windows and balcony, also black out to cover the light. Good internet, great location. Good sleep. 🖖🏽 In the center of museums, restaurants. Great value.

Clean, prime location in downtown and overlooking a great sea view

The location is perfect in the center of the city and nearby the beautiful beach, very clean and luxurious hotel, the facilities are great and staff so friendly, the breakfast is so delicious, room was fancy and too comfy and exceeded our expectations, the price is really good for such a wonderful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we would come again for sure, this hotel should be 5 stars and to not be missed while visiting Alexandria, thank you so much for the excellent service..

The old style design …the staff are very friendly and polite and value their guests. Also the food is very delicious, during my stay I used the room service everyday and the restaurant as well.

Wonderful staff, exceptionally helpful! They helped to book Uber taxi! When I forgot my jacket with valuables in the Uber taxi, the hotel manager helped to track the taxi driver and received my jacket with valuables on behalf of me and helped to reach my Egypt office in Cairo. After check-out and until my jacket with valuables were traced, the hotel manager was online on whatsapp and providing latest update! Many thank to the Hotel and its staff! God bless you all!

This hotel is within walking distance of the Catacombs & the Roman Amphitheater. The staff are very friendly & helpful. They helped me learn a new Arabic word each day. The breakfast is amazing. They even gave me breakfast at noon one day when I left early to go walk around the sites before tour buses arrive. Very friendly people. Nice balcony view of the city life. Shane

It was very old hotel but not in a bad way, when you step through the door, you can feel the spirit of the place. Two cats greeted us at the reception; the hotel’s staff were furry and adorable. The hotel was clean, there was hot water in the shower, and the view was amazing, directly overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Alexandria and had a wonderful experience , the location is close to the sea and main sightseengs such as Library and Qaitbay , the staff was incredibly welcoming , room was comfortable and clean !Enjoyed the breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria !
