Great location, on quiet street. Combination of many buildings all tied together via central courtyard, lots of new additions, lots of work to bring this together into a really unexpectedly massive complex. This is its forte, but also, caused some issues noted below. Otherwise, it's well heated and cooled, well serviced, very very clean, exceptional quality with bar, restaurant, charming courtyard, large clean crib, and parking below (for small cars only via car elevator), excellent professional staff.

The location is unbeatable: tucked in a quiet street yet literally a 2-minute walk from the vibrant shopping area of Calle Sierpes and Tetúan, where designer boutiques, local artisans, and classic Spanish stores line the pedestrian streets. After a morning exploring the Alcázar or the Cathedral, we loved returning to the calm oasis of the hotel while still being in the heart of Seville’s energy. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Hotel Casa Palacio Don Ramón is more than just a place to stay – it’s an experience. I had a wonderful experience staying at Porcel Torneo in Seville. The receptionists were truly outstanding — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Every request was met with a smile and solved quickly. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job, keeping the room spotless and tidy throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. The bathtub was a real highlight, modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Seville. The location was very good — convenient, with easy access to the city while still offering a quiet and relaxing environment. Everything about my stay was positive. From the excellent staff to the high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, I truly enjoyed my time here.

The front-of-house staff at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés were exceptional in their friendliness, courtesy and assistance during our stay. They made themselves readily available to assist and responded to requests promptly and efficiently. I was travelling with an elderly relative and - where there are a short series of steps inside the front entrance - to avoid those steps, they offered to escort us to a rear door onto a side street to take taxis which they had summoned for us. The furnishings and fixtures in rooms are of a very high standard and everything worked well.

This hotel is in the old town but easily accessible and a short walk from the city centre. The staff are amazing. Extremely helpful, polite and really ensure you have the best stay possible. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was on the ground floor, we had a deluxe double so it was a large room with a king bed. A very nice bathroom. It has a lovely restaurant and you can also eat out in the terrace area if you prefer. The swimming pool on the roof was a surprise bonus. There is a bar area and loungers. After a long day sight seeing it was delightful to have a dip and relax on the loungers. We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it.

The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever stayed in in my life. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great to have in the heat. You had some nice views from the top. I enjoyed the bar that was beside the pool. The location was pretty great. You are about 15 minutes from the cathedral area. But there is also a little strip of restaurants and bars behind the hotel. These were great and we got some cheap deals. The hotel is beautiful as well.

I booked the hotel for my parents as a present. They were thrilled with it. They said the staff went above and beyond and were so lovely. They said the rooms were beautiful and it was clean. Also they said the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What an elegant place to stay. It would be wonderful for a couple going on an anniversary trip or honeymoon. Quite elegant, and the staff went above and beyond to answer my needs. I will return again and again.

This place is in a great location to walk around town and food and bars. The room had everything you need to stay for a few days it was a great set up. Loved the room.
