Location close to my daughters piso, good price, comfortable room, clean, nice lobby, luggage storage, and a bar at the ground level

I am on Camino de Santiago #3. I stayed at this great accommodation on my first camino last year. I'm hiking 2 different routes this trip, the Del Norte and Primitivo. In May of this year I hiked Caminho Portugués. Pamplona isn't on .my itinerary, but since I was so happy with this accommodation last year, I decided to use Pamplona as my camino prep location. The fact that I come back, and extmy stay here, says more than anything I could write. Location, great staff, and friendly vibe make this a great stay for me.

Great location in the “casco viejo”, on the “plaza del Castillo” and its famous cafes. Close by the “Calle de la Estafeta “, the Cathedral, the “Iglesia de San Saturnino “ (a must go). You can also go by foot to the department store the “Corte Ingles” . Great interior decoration For info : Hemingway stayed at the hotel and used to go to the “Café Iruña” where you can find the Hemingway corner. Great staff, wonderful service The valet parking : The hotel private parking space inside the public car park under the “plaza del Castillo”.

Great location very comfortable! Both Fernando and Esteban were very helpful. Fernando put us at ease and was very helpful to us and his English was very good.

Very comfortable and clean. The lady on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The walk in to town was ok, quite pleasant in parts the closer in you got.

Good location, cafe food and drink were excellent, sitting in the sun in the beer garden was lovely, comfortable beds, excellent shower and a fridge in the room. The staff were also excellent.

The rooms are very big, clean and they have a balcony. The staff is very helpfull. Very nice stay!

We started the "Camino" here. They were very accommodating when it came to receiving and storing our rental bikes (they arrived 1 day earlier). They allowed us to set up in the parking spot while we tried our best not to block the way. Would definitely come back on my next visit to Pamplona.

The location is great - in front of you is the Citadel, behind you is the Old Town, a pedestrian area with lots of streets (including the famous Estafeta), restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, fortresses, churches and the Cathedral. The underground parking is 2 min walk away. The staff is wonderful - Mirabelle and Jillbanya impressed us through their helpfulness, positivity and hard work. The hotel restaurant is great, with excellent food at very good prices. Breakfast is reasonably priced (€13), but what was innovative and we loved is that you can pick from the breakfast buffet and pay per piece, if you don’t think you’ll eat for €13 (I usually eat for about €6 at breakfast and the restaurant allowed me to do that, which meant I ate there every morning rather than go to a coffee shop)

Very friendly staff, always glad to help you. You can park around the hotel in a rather big guarded parking. Hotel has a restaurant with good food. The room was clean, rather quiet and not so small.

Very comfortable and great location right in the center. I arrived with a broken foot that happened a week before my trip and the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and there was air conditioning!
