The bed was PERFECT !!! Seriously, it was comfy, supportive, and smelled good. The pillows were soft but at the same time offered good support for my neck (I am used to orthopedic pillows, so I am very picky). And the room was soundproof.

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel completely at home and genuinely welcomed. She set the tone right away, making it clear that they were there for our service and would take great care of us — and that turned out to be absolutely true.

Everything was perfect and the staff are very helpful especially the concierge team they were a great help! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! Definitely coming back!

The first thing that attracted me to this Hotel was the wonderful staff , young and pleasant lady called Annais!!! She explained everything with patience and smile and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Location cannot get any better. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

The location was everything. Close to the metro, shopping, tourist sites and restaurants. I wasn't afraid to travel late, as the metro was so close to the hotel. The staff were super kind and helpful with whatever we needed.

The hotel was beautiful, in a neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants. They upgraded us to a suite which was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they kept our bags after we checked out and arranged a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was delicious!

Excellent hotel! The room had everything we needed, and the location was perfect — right by the Champs-Élysées. We could easily walk to the main attractions. There are also supermarkets, pharmacies, and plenty of nice places to eat just around the corner. The hotel made our stay very enjoyable and provided a wonderful place to relax after long walks around the city. A special thank you for allowing us to check in a bit earlier — it was greatly appreciated!

We had a lovely time at this property, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was nice with good water pressure and hot water. Plus the location was perfect in the city.
