We had the most wonderful stay at the Kyriad Hotel in Dijon, and it's all thanks to the incredible hospitality, especially from Tristan, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. His warm professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness elevated our entire experience, a true gem in customer service! The hotel itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly quiet, which made for a truly restful stay. Our room was pristine with a super comfortable bed, and everything felt fresh and modern. The breakfast was another highlight, absolutely delicious with a great variety, honestly one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. The facilities were just as impressive: The pool was gorgeous and relaxing, The sauna was the cherry on top, And the gym was well-equipped and clean. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Tristan's exceptional service really stood out and made a lasting impression. Staff, service and location is really good!

Classic "Grand Dame" hotel located in a prime spot 5 minutes from the train station and atop a hill overlooking the city. The Haussman building is a prime example of a famous French style of architecture with a tasteful and intriguing interior driven by modernism and color. The public spaces, the restaurant, the bar are all relaxing, calm and satisfying.

Excellent location, close to the old city. A short walk to all the main sites in the city, shops and restaurants. The hotel is renovated and modern in appearance and equipment. The room is relatively spacious, clean, well decorated and equipped. The staff is inviting, pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommended.

I travel from the USA to Dijon 5-6 times a year for work. Probably have spent 200+ nights in Dijon. I frequently stay in Hotel des Halle because of its location near the marketplace. Rooms are predictable. Clean. I can get a bottle of something from the Cote d'Or to sip, and/or have a few co-workers meet me in the lobby to do some work. Then walk a couple of blocks to the marketplace for dinner. Despite my many days in France, my French is so-so, but that's never a problem. Seems everybody speaks multiple languages.

I did not expect a suite - that was a great surprise. The location was a short walk from the town centre, and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast good.

Location was excellent, 3 min away from old center. The manager was extremenly welcoming to me and my family! Gave all the tips about the city and helped us when we needed. The room was extremely clean!! This is super important to us! Bed was also very comfortable.
