The bed was PERFECT !!! Seriously, it was comfy, supportive, and smelled good. The pillows were soft but at the same time offered good support for my neck (I am used to orthopedic pillows, so I am very picky). And the room was soundproof.

The staff were amazing, they handled everything i needed perfectly & made my stay even more pleasurable

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel completely at home and genuinely welcomed. She set the tone right away, making it clear that they were there for our service and would take great care of us — and that turned out to be absolutely true.

Everything was perfect and the staff are very helpful especially the concierge team they were a great help! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! Definitely coming back!

The breakfast was exceptional. Paul, from the butler staff was superb. Our room was beautiful, looked brand new and provided us with more than we needed. Our reception was likewise urbane.

there was nothing i did not like about this hotel, seriously. from the moment we stepped inside the hospitality exceeded my expectations. i actually just stumbled upon this hotel thru Booking.com since I didn’t book until we landed in Orly from mykonos. the 30 degree change in weather didn’t bother us at all. the check-in process was smooth, they were beyond nice and even offered us some welcome drinks (cava). the hotel was overbooked and we were upgraded. the location was everything! the beds were the most comfortable beds ever and surprisingly, no noise can be heard unlike some of Paris hotels where you hear every little thing going on outside. We also had their buffet brunch which was delicious and food was abundant. i did not wanna leave! Paul who helped us book a taxi to CDG and had friendly convo was us was very warm.

The property is very close to all the major tourist attractions, and everything is within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The property was also very clean, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day.

We had a lovely time at this property, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was nice with good water pressure and hot water. Plus the location was perfect in the city.

The hotel was beautiful, in a neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants. They upgraded us to a suite which was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they kept our bags after we checked out and arranged a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was delicious!

The first thing that attracted me to this Hotel was the wonderful staff , young and pleasant lady called Annais!!! She explained everything with patience and smile and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Location cannot get any better. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

The location was everything. Close to the metro, shopping, tourist sites and restaurants. I wasn't afraid to travel late, as the metro was so close to the hotel. The staff were super kind and helpful with whatever we needed.

Everything was superb… one of the best in Paris. We will stay next time again in La reserve

The room was very large and beautifully decorated. Subway was close by. Restaurant was very convenient. The staff in restaurant, at front desk, and at front door ( esp. George) was very friendly and helpful. Shower was great. Snacks on coffee table were a surprise and delicious!

The place has an excellent location and it was very clean. House keeping was performed on daily basis.
