A hotel with a great central location and wonderful staff. At check-in we got an extensive explanation of good things to do while in Rennes, and all of the staff were very kind about helping us with small accommodations like dropping off bags early and working at a space table in dining room in the early morning that made things extra easy.

Great location. Very beautiful and quiet. Better to reach with a car. Close to Rennes airport but no sound of planes. Excellent breakfast. We got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment.

The hotel is located right next to a beautiful park, which was a great place to walk and relax. It is also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to access restaurants and local attractions. Parking is available nearby, with longer-term parking (up to 8 hours) available inside the park during the daytime.

Everything was great about the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They helped me in early check-in and were readily available if i had any problem. The location, cleanliness, and ambience of the room was great. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the location of the hotel is perfect, close to bus, metro, and main train station of Rennes.

Smart Hotel crisply modern. 100ft from the Renne train station….very easy for me to transport my gear and crated bicycle to the train.

Nice room. Great breakfast (best one for our whole trip in Brittany). Location is ok, walkable to city center. Friendly staff.

We were welcomed by front desk staff who helped us park, helped us with our bags and our check in with incredible kindness, patience and courtesy. A great experience overall.

Receptionist's english was excellent and gave me a street map showing locations of various destinations needed by me and ordered a taxi for me.

My train arrived late from Paris ,way past the closing time of the hotel but Kamel waited for me and had to wait an extra time when I arrived since I had to stop to an ATM to get some cash since my cc was not working. Always smiling, patient and attentionate. I could not had a better service from a 5 stars hôtel! Thank you Kamel? your boss is lucky to have you !
