Clean and the beds were super comfortable.

I was travelling alone in Bordeaux and as a female I wanted a place that felt very safe without spending a lot of money. Hotel de L'Opera was perfect. Great location, lovely staff, I felt very safe and will stay there again.

We loved the room for our family of 4. The suite was perfect, great height and lighting of the entire square.

Everything! Rooms are comfortable, clean and attractive. Restaurant serves delicious food. The roof top seating is my favorite spot! And the location near the metro and the lovely Chartron neighborhood is awesome!

Greeted very nicely upon my arrival. My room was very clean with a comfy bed.

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel right outside of the saint michel basilica. Location is unbeatable. The hotel is in an old stone building, but very modern and comfortable. I was on the 3rd floor, no elevator but a spectacular stone staircase. The AC was a big advantage during the heat wave during which I was visiting. Spotless clean. Room is not big but perfectly appointed. Breakfast was totally worth it. Not like a big chain buffet but a nice selection of hams and cheeses, fresh baguettes and pastries, jams, fruits, cereals. I am definitely coming back as I travel to Bordeaux often. Thanks again Emma and Raphael for a great stay.

Excellent communication with owner and staff. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to tram line into city and also within walking distance to city. Very quiet even though tram goes right by hotel. Everything was exceptional. Owner very involved in the running of the property and it shows in its cleanliness and upkeep.

First time I stayed in an Ibis - absolutely terrific. Clean. No sticky carpet. Exceptionally lovely staff. Good shower.

This hotel is very old and quaint in the best location for staying in Bordeaux. Restaurants, tours and transportation are right out the door . The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

This property is so unique - interesting decor that really tells a story. The location was great (close to the train), yep away from the noise of the city center.
