Very modern hotel with interactive room where you control everything from tablet, even the smell of the room. In reality the rooms are much better than in the pictures. The staff was very helpful with all our requests.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel 🤩 At check-in time, they welcomed our requests very kindly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. All room stuffs were elegant,there is a welcome card in the room with your name on it, including two delicious pieces of chocolate. They clean daily and come back to ask you in the evening if you need anything. The reception staff is very friendly, cheerful and welcoming (morning-evening). The hotel staff in general, wherever you go, smile and welcome you. I felt like I was among my home. At check-out time, it was a weekend and early in the morning, the receptionist was cooperative and carried our bags and put them in the car and saw us off to the door. Thank you..

Great stay in a 4-star hotel in one of the safest, calm regions of Paris. The hotel was tidy, well-heated, with a big shower and bath. The interior was amazing, and the staff were polite and spoke English well. There is L line nearby to the bus from Baeuvis airport and there are metro stations just feed away to the city center or any site of Paris. You can walk from there to the Arc of Triumph easily. They even presented a welcome drink in their first-floor restaurant.

The room was clean, well designed and had everything you need. Definitely felt like I was staying at an upscale boutique hotel. The staff is super friendly and kind especially the 2 ladies at the reception in the morning (one of them was in training) - they’d always greet you, ask about your day and if there is anything you need but in a very genuine way. I also got upgraded upon arrival and had a nice room which was spacious for me (solo stay). The location is very central, you can bike anywhere, metro is only a couple steps away and the there are so many caffès and dining options in the area.

The hotel interiors, its courtyard, the resto, the staff, the location… I walked from hotel to Montmarte - Sacre Couer Basilica using maps, it took me 15 minutes ergo location is very accessible plus I am Asian and was in Europe for 3 weeks was so thankful for the Asian restaurants surrounding it, and also Grab Eats for everything else. Special mention to its staff, all of them specially Pauline very helpful and accommodating. Their service and dedication made the hotel 5-star.

Just some context, we had to rebook our hotel last minute due to a hotel we previously stayed in Paris (Hotel Grand Chicago Paris), a staff stole 2,200 EUR that was left in our SAFE from us. We filed a police report and no longer feel safe to stay there. At Hotel Duette, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and hotel is in the heart of 17eme arrondissement. The windows are soundproof and the beds are super comfortable. One ironic thing was that on the second last night, I dropped my credit card at the lobby without knowing. The hotel staff went out of their way to return it to me. This makes me feel safe staying at Hotel Duette, unlike the thief that works at Hotel Grand Chicago Paris.

Very clean and nice room ,and there was a welcoming letter and some tasty chocolates which was a nice gesture from the hotel ,the staff is really friendly but if you need a late checkout it is gonna be 12 pm ..also it is very near to the metro ,2 minutes walk

Great place. Comfy, quiet, super nice staff. I visit Paris to celebrate my girlfriend birthday, it was 25 of April. Hotel staff went extra mile and gave us room #25. Such attention to the details very impressive. Nothing to complain about, highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with rooms that are more spacious than the typical Paris hotel, especially for a family of four. The area felt very safe and is surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, away from the main tourist attractions which makes the area caller. The metro station is just a one-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, very clean, delicious breakfast

Got me a room right away at 0730 am after a long day of activities and traveling from Kenya! The staff was very helpful about getting around. Using the Meto, providing water, using their refrigerator for extra food, and the breakfasts were delicious! Also the bed was really comfortable and I loved the deep bathtub to soak after busy days of sightseeing.
