I loved how friendly the staff were and the location was close to everything

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and great location. We always stay here.....not glitzy and glamorous but a lovely old house with history.

Perfect location for a visit to London! Round the corner from the underground and a short walk to Victoria and Albert and Science Museums. Surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Host was welcoming and very helpful.

Loved the quiet neighborhood that is just steps from the underground. As we visited during a heat wave, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had AC and the shower was the best we had in all of our travels.!

Great value stay within a short work of Natural History museum. Gloucester Rd tube just down the road so a great base for exploring. Staff were super friendly and had a very hassle free stay.

Small, but cosy room. Simple but always available - hot tea and coffee. Excellent shower amenities. Warm inside, despite the cold weather outside. Great location, friendly staff. A 10/10 experience in London.

The location , the cleanliness and the staff

A truly amazing hotel. Right next to the Natural history museum, with great breakfast and very interesting style. I had to have some large boxes shipped to the hotel prior to my arrival and they handled it perfectly. The staff is amazing. I will 100% stay there again when I'm in London next.

Amazing location, very cozy room

The staff were friendly and professional. The location is perfect for staying in the capital. The rooms are lovely and well equipped. There is a great bar to sit and relax in when you are back at the hotel. This is one of our favourite hotels to stay at in London.
