We got a gorgeous upgrade into a room that had a bath in the bedroom, was a lovely surprise! The library on the ground floor is so nice and a great place to have a drink and a read.

Outstanding chic, boutique hotel accommodation in the perfect location. For exploring inner London and attending West End shows. The hotel staff are exceptional, caring professional people who did their best to make our stay memorable. Top location and excellent facilities but its actually the staff that make the 5 stars in this hotel. Check in crew were so friendly and so helpful. I have chosen to stay here several times and it has always been a excellent stay.

The location was truly perfect! Walkable to so much! The room was clean and had everything we needed and the sheets were soft.

Clean, affordable and next to train station

I had a great stay. I would stay there again. Incredibly convenient location. My room was clean and private. The bed was alright (I slept on the comforter to make it a little softer for my preference). My room was warm (in December) and spacious. It was in the basement. It didn't have a window, but had a convenient sink and desk in room. The shared bathroom was clean. The shower was fine and located one level up. Not a problem. My room decor was dated, but I didn't mind. For the price it's fine. People need to be realistic about what they are paying for. What I paid for a private room and a 12 minute walk from Covent Garden was a great deal.

Fantastic place to stay. Located in lively, yet quiet central part of the city, with plenty restaurants, bars, theaters and shopping around. Room is spacious, light, with good views, absolutely amazing comfortable bed, nice and spacious bathroom with plenty mirrors and good lighting for makeup... I really appreciated the welcome fruits and chocolates, as well as the hand written card - made me feel very special. Room has superb lighting, I really appreciated the wide variety of lights to choose from throught the evening. All in all, fantastic stay. I could stay in that bed forever.

the location was great and the staff was wonderful! everyone was helpful and friendly. the room was beautifully decorated, clean, roomy and very comfortable. I love the bathroom has a walk in shower.
