Welcoming staff, comfortable room, spotless. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent restaurant in the hotel at a good price with big amounts of food. There’s also a Brazilian buffet close by that is great. The staff in the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Location beside the metro station, friendly staff

Lovely and polite receptionist, cosy room, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, lots of storage space, when windows shut not too loud (we were on top floor), tea making facilities with biscuits, a comfy chair, easy to catch the bus to Shepard's bush central and a very short ride (or a 20 mins walk). Will be staying here again!

Excellent value! AND you get a discount on food and drink in the floor level pub. Delicious food!

Excellent location by mall and tube station

The staff was amazing. Maged, Osama and Anwar were attentive, professional and friendly. The hotel interiors are modern, great location with lots of places around for food. We stayed in a junior suite, with our little one, the room was spacious and well equipped. Great value for money in a city made to suck your pennies.

The staff was extra ordinary, met 2 receptionists both were so welcoming and lovely one was Romanian one was Pakistani, forgot the names but everything was exceptionally clean, and just everything about it was lovely, would surely rebook when in london

Wifi was decent, and it was in a nice location - albeit a bit too far west for things to do in central London. About a 10-15 min. walk to the metro. Big fan (but without air conditioning the room was stifling hot). Had a few amenities like a refrigerator and a hot water pot for making tea/coffee.
