Very beautiful hotel and staff was so helpful and accomodating.

Great views of the London riviera from the large windows and the fireworks on New Year's Eve! Access to the brilliant swimming pool and spa. Nice breakfast.

The staff is absurdly respectful and dedicated to your best experience. The environment mixes luxury with simplicity and modernity in a way that I haven’t experienced in many places, and I have been in many hotels.

Everything was great, the location of the hotel it’s very good, very near subway station, good restaurants, groceries stores.

Loved how the staff went beyond and arranged great decorations for our stay for valentines! The staff were amazing for that so a huge thank you for making our stay so special! Also the lady at the pancake section in the morning of 16th of Feb she was so lovely! Great attitude and so welcoming!

Stayed in a shared room with bunk beds and had a great experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well organized. The lobby is fantastic for working or relaxing. Special thanks to all stuff for their outstanding customer service.

I liked the support of the staff.

The rooms are in clusters so you aren’t sharing a bathroom with more than a couple other people. Security cameras on 24/7, felt very safe! Staff was so helpful and very friendly.

The place, the staff, and the breakfast. It is very near the DLR lane. You can access all important area from London.

The room was lovely. The staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant was tasty!

The front desk staff all of them were kind and helpful, they were greeting everyone with a smile, assisting us with everything we needed, really big thanks and appreciation for all of them.

Loved the room, nice and quiet, great coffee, shower and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was very very good. Lots of fresh fruit, alternative milk options, full english + all the plant based alts. Great value, highly recommend.
