Staff were amazing, attentive, fun, helpful, food was good, room was warm (as the weather was very cold and snowing), comfy bed and lovely modern shower room.

Staff was unbelievably. It seemed like some of them were there 24/7 and did whatever you needed. Service was fantastic and dinner and wine at their property were outstanding. Breakfast is free and it has everything you coulld ever want. We are going back!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tower Hotel, the staff was very helpful and lovely, 5 star customer service. I really enjoyed the freshly made breakfast as well. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the Cathedral, and still easy to find a parking space, I never had issues finding a spot.

The Rest must be in the best location for access to both the Cathedral and shopping/restaurant parts of town. Comfortable, modern design, well priced and kitted out with everything you need.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous throughout! The staff were incredibly nice, stored luggage for us and made checking in and out easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. It's not often that you can look out the window and see a castle! We loved the convenience of the location and our tapas dinner at Ole Ole next door was wonderful (reservations encouraged). There were lots of quality options at the continental breakfast (beautiful pastries, breads, sliced meat and cheese, fruit, yogurt, and more). We would return in a heartbeat!

Fabulous location! Nice and clean room. Really happy! Stayed here for 2 nights. Perfect stay. Parking available at £9 for the 2 days. Not bad at all. The reception staff were kind and caring. Shower was lovely!!

I really enjoyed the luxury of the Victorian bath and the thoughtful inclusion of Prosecco, enhancing the overall indulgence of my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The well-maintained exterior and clean, inviting common areas, along with remarkably kind restaurant staff who catered attentively to our needs, contributed to a delightful experience. Note: All photos were taken at the end of our stay. Upon check-in, all rooms were impeccable.

Super friendly and helpful reception. Excellent customer service in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The treacle sponge was the biggest we had ever seen and is a big favorite of ours! They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing for both myself and my children. The room was spacious with everything you would typically expect and need in a hotel room. The sweeping grand staircase decorated with flowers leading up to the rooms was a wonderful sight, my daughter felt like a princess walking up them.

The barman was on his own on a busy Saturday eve and he still had bundles of patience, he took us to our room with a welcoming attitude. The place had a nice atmosphere. For a pub it had quite high standards. The attic room was fine for one night but for a week you would need a room with a wardrobe.
