The bed was amazing, the pillows, the comforter were all perfection and the turn down service every night with a glass of water was a beautiful touch. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the variety of skin and body care products (several different body washes, shampoos/conditioners, eye cream, face cream, cream cleanser, lip balm, etc) Every thing single you think you made need for your trip -- they provide for you with excellent packaging. It was the perfect place and location for my to end my European Holiday travels. I would LOVE to comeback!

The Staff, the staff, the staff, then everything else was perfect.

Comfort of the room - bed and pillows were excellent, mood lighting and tech were good fun and created nice atmosphere, 'pod' bathroom gave enough privacy for two, blackout blinds worked well. Most important to enjoyment of our stay was the incredibly friendly and nice staff.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is excellent. The rooftop bar is also very nice.

Visit your hotel as a post cruise stay. I like everything. From the beauty of the hotel, the big room, the convenience of its location for transportation, close restaurants, and nice area!!!

The hotel room was modern and funky. Bed was so comfortable- lovely bed linen and the shower awesome! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The very close East Algate underground - services a lot of sights in London

The breakfast was good and quite varied, and you could eat as much as you wish. The area where I ate was very tidy and clean and the staff were very friendly. Reception staff were very quick and helpful.

Hotel was very conveniently located near Liverpool Street. It was clean and comfortable and the Aircon unit managed to heat the room. There was everything I needed for an over night stay. Excellent value.

My wife & I had a great two nights at the Culpeper. It was really cool to stay above a lively pub and restaurant. The rooms are on the 3rd floor and they were surprisingly quiet for how buzzy the pub and restaurant were down below. The location was great. It’s an easy few minutes walk to the East Aldgate tube station. And the surrounding area has endless options for eating and going out. The included breakfast was tasty and made to order at their sister hotel a short few blocks a way. The staff were all friendly and welcoming even though they were always busy. We like having the coffee and tea supplies in the room.

Great location paired with great facilities and a world class staff is a simple recipe for a wonderful experience and a joyful stay. Even just saying hi each day as we were leaving for our destination was a joyous occasion and having a friendly smile to greet you when you return was a pleasant treat. They were very accommodating for when my parents had an issue with their nespresso machine twice (first - was causing a breaker to trip, second just didn't do coffee) and they responded and rectified the issue extremely quickly each time. Lastly, having a powerful AC system during the heatwave was a godsend. Great Location is surrounded by a two nearby Tesco expresses and a slightly further but larger Sainsbury's as well as a multitude of extremely good eating or takeout locations and sits right smack in the middle between the Aldgate east and Whitechapel stations that are about a 7 to 10 minute walk away.
