Location was great, very quiet, peaceful area

The sauna was a nice option at the end of a long work day. It was wonderful to have a kitchen with a dishwasher :)

Small and comfortable room, entry area had a lounge and an area to work/relax/chill. Easy and quick check in/ check out. Room was equipped with a mini fridge and a big shower.

The location was perfect with an EASY walk to the Victoria train/tube station. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, & spoke many languages. Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of seating. Our room was comfortable with an amazing shower! Bonus...5 minute walk to theatres!

This was our 3rd stay at the property. The hotel, location and staff are brilliant. The suites are amazing and very roomy. The level of service you get is exceptional. We think this is the best hotel in London. Thank you to all the staff at Taj 51

The hotel is located in a beautiful London neighborhood and provides a classic London experience in your stay. We stayed at the apartments building with all basic comforts required to have a comfortable stay.

I was worried about this place because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly blown away. The size of the room was quite good, especially for being in such a fantastic spot in London. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was blazing hot immediately, and could be easily controlled. I liked the adjustable showerhead, the size of the bathroom, the mix of remodeled new bathroom and traditional decor and layout in the room. There was soap, really nice quality towels, and spaces to hang and place stuff. The staff was so friendly and kind. They accomodated our request for a room with limited stairs. We did get the room by the receptionist, but there is a heavy fire door right before the room door, so I didn't notice any noise from in and outgoing hotel guests. The location is fantastic for tourists because it is just a short walk to Victoria Coach Station and the underground, so you can catch tour buses and also the bus to various airports from there. Loved the location as well.

24 hr front desk,hot ,fresh and yummy breakfast ,helpful staff ,who had the luggage in the storage even after checking out,so gave me time to explore London ,before my scheduled travel in the evening.

Beautiful classic hotel in an elegant area in London, close to many attractions (Buckingam palace, St James park, Westminster Cathedral and Abbey, Tate modern, and others). Big room, very clean, with everyting you need for your stay. Very confortable queen bed.

Quiet location and close to train stations

Bathroom was newly renovated and clean. Comfortable bed. Proximity to Victoria Tube station.

For Westminster Kingsway College the location was great. There is an Italian restuarant just down the road and a nice cafe for breakfast. The location was very quite an we had a great nights sleep.

We loved the location, Pimlico station 3 blocks away, and Victoria station 10 minutes walking, a bus stop just steps from the hotel. Morning staff girls were amazing, always with a smile and ready to help. Rooms are comfortable and bigger than usual, bathroom ultra clean and spacious, the bed was very comfy and the AC worked flawless, definitely will book again.
