Absolute best place to stay when in London. The hotel is well located next to the main tube lines, but still on a quiet street, so no noise. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also no noise from the corridor or other rooms. Stuff was very kind and professional, appreciate quick responses and attendance.

If you only have time to visit one Historic attraction in...

If you only have time to visit one Historic attraction in London, it should be Westminster Abbey. A working royal church since Edward the Confessor. Tombs of Edward the Confessor, Henry VII, Elizabeth I, Henry V, unknown soldier and more. Poets corner is a treat. Coronation chair worth a visit. Really well organised arrangements for the thousands of visitors. All the massive building is clearly well cared for. Whether it's what you usually do or not, catch a Choral Evensong service - very moving experience.

Book online for as early in the mornnig as you can.

Book online for as early in the mornnig as you can. That way there will be fewer people ahead of you and you can take your time. It was the highlight of my week in London. I spent 3 hours in there. I found the most amazing little historic pieces that got missed in the guides and noone talks about. It was pretty awesome.

The highlight of my trip.

The highlight of my trip. If you like history, you need to visit it. It was an incredible experience. Visiting the tomb of Elizabeth I and her half-sister Mary and the Poets' Corner were my favourite parts of the visit. The audio guide is included in the ticket and it helps you experience the visit better. Highly recommended

Loved Westminster Abbey.

Loved Westminster Abbey. Book a tour with a Vesper (at the Abbey) for an additional 10 pounds. Fantastic, informative tour of the abbey, with access to areas the public cannot visit. We sat in the choir chairs and visited St. Edwards Chapel, which only can be done with a Vesper.

The most beautiful and awe inspiring part of our London trip...

The most beautiful and awe inspiring part of our London trip. The arches, the windows, actually getting to walk through the quire where the coronation took place that we had just watched a month ago. We wandered about for an hour or so, then just sat and absorbed the atmosphere for another good while. I wish we had attended a service there but we didn't arrive until Monday. It was just amazing and not to be missed!

We absolutely loved this little flat! It had absolutely everything you needed, including a small private outdoor space. You can't beat the location, about a 15 minute walk from Westminster Abbey and Big Ben and close to Victoria train station and coach station. It was perfect for our family of four and we will come back for sure!!

Sightseeing was our main goal, so this location was absolutely perfect! It's less than a 10-minute walk to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace was maybe a 20-minute walk tops. The apartment was comfortable and stylish, and the immediate neighborhood is super peaceful, with tons of great places to eat in nearby Victoria.

The location was superb, just a very short walk from Westminster Abbey. It's really hard to find lodging in the Westminster area and this met our needs very well. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. We didn't cook in the full sized kitchen but greatly appreciated the tall refrigerator and washing machine. The apartment has two lovely upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs couch opened well for our teenager. The neighborhood was remarkably quiet, especially at night.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. It is right across from an underground stop and is within walking distance of many of the top sights in London (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, St. James Park). We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was wonderful. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean.

The rooms are spacious, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast offers an excellent variety of high-quality food. The location is superb, with many of London's major attractions within walking distance, including the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the River Thames. The nearby Westminster and Waterloo stations also provide excellent transport links to the rest of the city.
