Absolute best place to stay when in London. The hotel is well located next to the main tube lines, but still on a quiet street, so no noise. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also no noise from the corridor or other rooms. Stuff was very kind and professional, appreciate quick responses and attendance.

24 hr front desk,hot ,fresh and yummy breakfast ,helpful staff ,who had the luggage in the storage even after checking out,so gave me time to explore London ,before my scheduled travel in the evening.

Breakfast at the Yard was the best out of three English Breakfasts during our stay. It was a tough one to meet up to, so, our compliments to your chef! The balcony room was perfect for Us, having a quick breath of fresh air first thing in the morning, and to test-out the outfit for the days' excursions. Your staff was exceptional and Vilia was very helpful and accommodating. Your location with the Westend, Trafaglar Sq. , and just across the Thames for the London Eye is perfect! The design style of your hotel exceeded my expectations with comfort while so pleasing to the eyes! Thank you for making our American Thanksgiving stay a real blessing and treat. We will return for another journey for Westend Shows next year, and without a doubt, I'll be booking in advance with you. Thank you GSY

This is my new favorite in London. What and excellent hotel. Elegant and understated, yet super comfortable and exclusive. The best spa in London. Absolutely fantastic! We will certainly be back.
