The location was excellent, we could easily walk to everywhere. The room was quiet big and comfortable, everthing thought well. It was very clean. The staff was welcoming and helpfull. Breakfast was very good, even hot dishes were prepared in few minutes upon request.

Staff were amazing!!!! They allowed me late checkout when my suitcase brok just as I needed to leave for the airport and needed to rush to mall to buy a new one. They assured me that it was fine to keep the room whilst I was panicking and allowed me to stay and shower as they could see I was rather flustered!

Clean room, great service and very helpful staff, centre location. Tasty breakfast.

The rooms and bathroom were very spacious and clean.

The moment I entered the property I felt warmth the colleagues smiled directly as they sand up immediately to greet me, they was so passionated welcoming me, as soon as I arrived they offered me a help with my luggages. The check in procedure was quick, when I entered the room, it was so clean smells good and tidy. Over all experience was fantastic highly recommend and of course I will be back.

Location of the hotel was really good, it's walking distance to most of the main attractions. The host, Levan was super nice, he knew good English, helped us with parking. We told him we would be there around 5pm but couldn't make it there until 6.50pm and he waited for us. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was good. There is a kettle and some cups and plates in the room, along with tea, coffee and sugar. There is a microwave and a fridge in the communal area. Host also told us there was a electric stove, if we need to make food for our baby, but we didn't use it. Communal area is nicely decorated, you can sit and eat, or drink a cup of coffee and relax. WiFi is good, and fast There is paid parking nearby, 15 Lari for a day. It was overall a really nice stay.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It was located close to a bus stop and metro stop making it easy to get to the old town and other parts of town from there.

Modern stay with a perfect city vibe. Loved my stay at White Hill Hotel. Clean, bright, and beautifully designed - everything feels fresh and minimal in the best way. Perfect location for exploring the city, with everything just a short walk away. The rooms are cozy yet modern, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. One of those places that just feels easy and right from the moment you check in. Would definitely come back.

Everthing was perfect. Room was clean, location is in city center. Hotel streets are safety as well, cuz cops are waiting around there. Nina was so helpful and asked need anything. I liked Tbilisi and I can recommend to stay here. 5/5 stars

I really loved my stay at this hotel , very sweet friendly lady the owner she made me feel comfortable during my stay also the location is so central and perfect near all tourist attractions, clean room and quiet space .

Overall this was a very positive experience. Arayik at the front desk was very supportive. The rooms were clean. Locations, of course, was wonderful. The service (Cleaning personnel, front desk, restaurant, executive lounge) was superb

I had a really great stay here and I’m genuinely very happy I chose this place. The biggest thing for me was how quiet, comfortable, and peaceful it was. That made a huge difference. The room was very clean, private, and relaxing, and I slept very well here. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are great, the heating works really well, and the air conditioning also works perfectly. The bathroom was also very good, and overall the room had everything I needed. The location is honestly excellent. It is very central, but at the same time calm, which is not easy to find. Everything important is nearby, and there is even a 24 hour market about 30 seconds away, which is incredibly convenient at any time. I also really appreciated the TV setup. There are many channels, including sports and football, which honestly is better than what I have seen in some much more expensive hotels. You can tell that real thought was put into making the room comfortable and practical for guests. Another thing I liked was that the room had a kettle, cups, plates, forks, spoons, knives, tea, coffee, and the towels were changed daily. These small details actually make a big difference and made the stay much easier and nicer. The staff were also really warm, helpful, and accommodating. They were easy to deal with and made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. Overall, this place gave me much more than I expected. It felt secure, very clean, very comfortable, peaceful, and really good value. I would gladly stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Excellent location next to the Opera House and very close to major sights + excellent coffee on Rustaveli Ave. Easy access if you use the airport bus. Family room was a good size with 2 double beds, and 2 separate bathrooms. Clean, bright . Chatty, helpful staff.
