The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet area without noise. The location is convenient for visiting Tbilisi, with Avlabari metro station a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The staff was very kind. They offered help in choosing an excursion. They changed the bed sheets and towels, brought new bottles of water, refilled the tea bags, and washed the glasses.

The hotel is located not too far from Avlabari Subway Station on a quiet street. Several convenience stores in the area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the hot items which Chervin, the owner, cooks herself. I’ve had a few chats with her, her staff and even her daughter when she was around. Very nice and friendly people. One thing I will never forget about this hotel is when I had to leave early for a tour and needed to skip breakfast - a few hours later I had a missed call and received 2 messages from the hotel on my phone asking if everything was OK since they didn’t see me at breakfast. That was unexpected, but greatly appreciated! Simple gestures like this tells you they value their guests and consider their guests important. If I come back to Tbilisi I will be staying at Hotel Luxin again.

Everything was good, we checked in early and our room was clean warm and nice. But later on we noticed that the mattress was a bit dirty, it has yellow brown stains. Other than that there was no issue. If you want to live more close to historic center, I would advice to live on another side of the river.

Everything was great — the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the location of the hotel. The most important thing was the reception: a young man named Dimitri warmly welcomed us and also saw us off. His hospitality made our stay even more special.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment .The host went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed, but what truly stood out was the host’s hospitality. They were incredibly attentive, always available to assist, and provided fantastic tourist guidance, which made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. From recommending the best local spots to arranging activities, his personal touch made all the difference. I highly recommend staying here – you won’t find a better host or experience.

The hotel is located close to main attractions in Tbilisi, plenty restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. 5-7 mins walking and you are there. Good attention from hotel staffs, confortable beds and room area, very quiet and good breakfast.

A very convenient place for such a price to stay near the city centre and in two minutes walking from the metro station. The staff is so nice and helpful! Possibility to leave the luggage before the check-in and after the check-out

Everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all the questions that we had and even pointed to good places to check out. The room was ready with A/C already working and the temperature was just what we needed when we arrived!
