Everything was excellent — the staff and service. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was the best I've had in Georgia. Most importantly, the location is great — everything is within reach. Being in the center was perfect for me.It was just 2 minutes to the metro rustavelli

The location is everything, the room overall is all about the vibe (projector, vinyl player, bathtub right in the room, ambient sound coming from lolita (which is not annoying more vibey)

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff at the property are friendly but in a genuine way. They never force it. The entire property is wheelchair accessible, which was essential for my father-in-law and the view over Tbilisi is gorgeous from the large restaurant balcony, and allowed my father-in-law to enjoy his time here when he couldn’t engage with all our activities in the city. The hotel is also excellent value and very clean - our cleaning lady didn’t speak English but found a way to communicate to us and is a huge sweetheart. It’s located just above the city and an east 5 minute walk into the city proper. It’s about an 8 minute Bolt ride to somewhere touristic like Bridge of Peace, but Bolts are super cheap also. Overall, we had the best time and would highly recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights with son. All was very good for its price. Nice clean and tidy place. Distance to center and metro is close. Recommend.

Friendly & helpful staff, great location with a nice view. Walking distance from restaurants/bars, metro station n shops. Just 5mins walk to the main streets. Definitely recommended. Room with balcony was a great choice esp. for smokers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is also excellent - very convenient and perfect for exploring Tbilisi. Another highlight was the breakfast: everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Boutique Stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Natia - the host - made us feel at home with her warm and caring nature. Every morning, she personally prepared the most delightful breakfasts using organic products and even homemade dairy items, which added a unique and personal touch to our experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and its location in the heart of the city center made exploring so convenient. It was the perfect combination of comfort, care, and charm. Everything! Totally everything, from number of appliances and facilities and to the view from the window - everything was gorgeous.

The hotel is located in a villa building, well maintained and clean, with a great view. There is also a public balcony where you can enjoy the view of the cable car. The beautiful owner is very considerate. Everything is great except for the need to climb a little slope.

Great place, rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff was helpful and attentive.
