The staff was amazing. From the women that clean the rooms to the staff at the restaurant. Manole - the person at the buffet hall was the nicest person we ever met. He took care of us all - our little baby, and teenage girl :))) We had everything what we wish even before saying it. Also Ali was very, very nice and very professional. Best people ever. Also the pool life guard Villi. She was super super nice and lovely girl who took care us. Always smiling and helpful. We are all in love with her :) We are coming back, Grecotel, you better be ready for the mess :)))))) Amazing place with lovely people that work as a Team and make this place home With Love: Rumy, Lora and Mateo

The reception staff was really friendly and very helpful. Hotel is close to the centre and it’s clean. We loved the complimentary wine :)

Very friendly and professional reception staff. Well above average breakfast offering for the hotel class. Excellent WiFi coverage. Large Smart TV. Close to organized beach clubs. Close to downtown Alexandroupolis.

Stayed here several times over the years on our way to the ferry port. Staff are helpful, they like pets, clean and comfortable.

Nice sea view and quiet rooms

Very friendly owner. We did had later check in , he waited for us greeted. There is private secure parking in from of the hotel, so we could leave our car just right next to the hotel door. We god good room on the second floor with small balcony and sea view, and even we stayed for one night, it was nice to get this view anyway. Breakfast was good and location of hotel is in good distance to the sea, literally 5-7 minutes max and also very close to the center.

All good, lovely staff, comfortable and warm room, great for an overnight stop after travelling all day. Really good breakfast too.

Slightly higher priced hotel compare to others but trust me it is good money spend. Excellent small hotel with super clean and cozy rooms with great staff. Perfect location in the middle of the best street of the city.hotel itself is designed to feel homey. Details are well thought. We will definetly be back here on our next trip. Strongly recomended. Location is great, walking distance to very good restaurants and the lighthouse. If you are lucky you can find a parking space around. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, haven't had breakfast but it looked okay. There is a coffee machine running 24/7, which i really appreciate.

The breakfast is lovely with a great variety of options. Modern updates, clean spacious room, and close to the port.
