Most of all: the friendliest staff I ever met! Excellent Hungarian food, and even people with gluten allergy are being taken car of. I liked the spa very much too. Wonderful environment and comfortable rooms for a very reasonable price. Nice, quite hotel, ideal for families and the elderly.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and a lot of facilities for children which were a very nice surprise, as they were not mentioned on the site: outdoor play area, indoor playground with nice and well-maintained toys, childrens' pool. Our daughter loved it, therefore we stayed for an extra night.

Hotel Civitas is located in Sopron’s city center, a 10-minute walk away from the train and bus stations and close to the city's medieval monuments and palaces.
