The room facing the river was exquisite. The air conditioning was easy to control and we had a fantastic time just hanging out on the balcony watching the river Shannon.

The staff were very accommodating when we requested a last minute change to our booking to accommodate our son who was joining us. Dinner in the restaurant was convenient and pleasant.

Basic rooms that serve the purpose

I like the location and facilities (fitness, swimming pool, sauna, etc). I like the friendly personnel.

We only stayed one night. It was the end of our vacation. The room was nice.

I liked that we were allowed to check-in before 15:00 and the personnel were super friendly and welcoming to us.
