The staff, the rooms, the locations, the bar, everything was very clean and nice.

First of all, I wanna thank so much the best receptionist and hospitality with a warm appreciation. I felt myself welcoming and would love to come there again and again.

The best parts were the staff and location; Julia at the front desk is exceptionally helpful, and there’s lots to see within walking distance, while it’s not in a party district.

The staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) was excellent. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and considerate. The room was very clean and there was plenty of space for our luggage, etc. The bed was really comfortable and the view was great.

Excellent location; near lovely Merrion Square, peaceful and still an easy walk into the city, convenient buses to the Guinness factory and the Irish Museum of Modern Art. We really enjoyed every aspect of this expensively and thoughtfully developed new hotel. The service was exceptional; the staff could not have been better. Thank you.

The hotel is modern, clean and quiet despite being located close to the port. Another advantage of the hotel is that it is relatively close to the city center and the stops of the phenomenally organized public transport which is also wheelchair accessible or located only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The wheelchair accessible room is spacious and it has one of the biggest and most spacious wheelchair accessible bathrooms of any hotel rooms that I’ve ever stayed in. I’m very much looking forward to my potential future stays in the hotel.

The location was great! The property was clean and comfortable. The star of this property was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We were always greeted with a smile and our questions were answered thoroughly. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter was interested to check out universities in the local area so we chose these rooms. It was fun and perfect for us on the short stay. We were welcomed by the pub owner. The pub staff were extremely helpful and shared their experiences with my daughter about Dublin.

Great place if looking for affordable accomodation. Right in the city center: corner of Purnell/ O'Connell street that is the main one. Bus/tram stations nearby aswell as train station too. Lots ot shops/pubs. The hotel on the 2nd level -1st one occupied by rock bar/pub/shops. Easy polite check-in, TV, toiletries, towels, comfy bed, hairdryer, iron and view to main street. Small kitchenette with el.kettle, mugs and some coffee. We really enjoyed our stay, do recommend.

Went for our anniversary and the staff in the hotel itself and rhyleighs made us feel so special knowing it was our anniversary thank you so much! So clean, friendly staff, not my first time to stay here and will not be my last!

Very clean room, double for us and single bed for our daughter. Nice bathroom. Good location, about 15 minute walk from museums and makor sites. Near the river, and train station. Very quiet. Staff worked very hard and were servicing the front desk, the bar, and the breakfast service. Beds were the most comfortable of all 3 places we stayed in Ireland!
