The team was very welcoming and accommodating to our requests.

Everything about this hotel is good. Starting from the amenities station providing free water, tea, coffee replenishments to the clean rooms. Most of all I enjoyed their comfortable beds and super quality linen which gave me a good nights sleep. The restaurant also served us a great salad and grilled chicken

The breakfast is good with a wide spread of varieties. The attention from Rahul, Arindam, Avash, Karthick and the service staff was exceptional. Everyone of them were super attentive and made our stay both memorable and comfortable. The best part was Sous Chef Swarnendu, he was always there to explain and customize the dish if needed, not just once but every time we requested, especially making a consideration for my elderly parents. He made us feel as if we never left home. A special word of thanks to the engineering team, for helping with my dad’s medical equipment. Thanks to Lov & Ravi for the help with the bags. A major thank you to the house keeping staff, Shaktivel for keeping our all 3 of our rooms clean and well stocked.

Size of the room, Location of the Property

Fantastic atmosphere, very relaxing. Very helpful, nice and carrying staff. Nice facilities, fantastic food for good money. Be aware there is a bit noisy street in front. But we definitely did not regret staying there.

My weeklong stay at Urban Comforts was fantastic, it quickly became a home away from home for me in Chennai. The hotel has modern facilities and is extremely clean. The mattress, pillows and linens were so comfortable. It has everything you could ask for in a hotel. The team that manages the business is extremely friendly, kind and attentive. I felt at ease during my whole stay. Would definitely recommend Urban Comforts for fellow travellers.

Location, Behaviour of staffs..

I think it's new property. that is clean and well maintained rooms. The reception manager attitude was excellent. I'm trying to stay for a few more days.
