The atmosphere of staying at an Italian villa, The laid out of the building, the rooms and the view. People were friendly and accommodated to our late arrival from Rome airport heading to Loreto.

So relaxing. We brought my husband's mother and 2 sisters for a birthday celebration. Rooms were great. Spa was excellent. Staff everywhere was helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was refreshing. Nothing bad to say.

It was beautifully situated, peaceful yet easy to get to.

The staff was so accommodating. The Hotel was up a 2 mile ascent from the Via di Francesco. Their restaurant was closed. However, they offered to make dinner for me. Additionally, they allowed me to checkin 2 hours early.

Had a lovely stay at this property! I arrived late walking over from train station, and there was a gentleman outside waiting for me upon arrival. He escorted me inside for check-in, which was a breeze. Lovely hotel overall, would highly recommend. Very convenient (walkable) to train station. Comfy beds, very clean room/bathroom/etc, cold AC, iron was available upon request. 10/10 would recommend and I can't wait to visit again!

We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the train station - we needed to make a day trip to Roma. With prior permission, the hotel allowed us to park our car in their garage early in the day and then check-in upon our return to Terni in the evening. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was expansive.

Good value for a single room. AC working properly and bathroom clean. Parking anywhere next to the hotel entrance.

Very nice host; great location for exploring Greccio.
