Communication with the staff was effortless and amazing! They were super proactive. The room was giving us fairytale vibes. We would love to come back for sure!

Centrally located, very specific atmosphere! Mrs Lisa was extremely nice to us upon our arrival. Anyway we are coming oft to these two hotels:Continental and Palace Suite. The room we got is very beautiful and romantic! Herewith I thank to the hotel staff once again!

Clean, modern design, excellent location

The breakfast was very good with a decent variety of choices. The staff is very attentive and polite. The premises of the hotel are exceptional.

The staff was really nice, I liked them. It's really nice, that they have breakfast included. It's not special, but okay. My room was okay, nothing special. The mattress was nice. They let me in a bit earlier than the official check-in time, there was no problem with that.

The property is very clean and comfortable, it is at a great location and public transport is very close to the hotel, i highly recommend. The staff were very helpful, nice and understanding. Overall, i loved the hotel and the staffs hospitality!

Very clean and organized. Plenty of parking and great breakfast

The location is fabulous. Older hotel that is truly historic Italy. Views from the rooms are breath taking. Two restaurants by the water. We liked the one not on the corner but next to it. Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. The bus right out front will take you to Trieste in minutes. The bad reviews you read are people looking for the Hilton. This is not the Hilton it is historic and we loved it. Short walk to the castle other tourist have to book an expensive tour to see.

The location is obviously wo derful, but above all, the rooms and the breakfast sala are indeed spectacular. The staff is exceptional: very professional, helpuful and really take care of the guests

I really loved it has AC and external metal blinds. A great add on was the tea.

Very nice location and good choice for a value of money

Clean and spacious! TOWELS! Oh my god, the first time ever I didn't have ask for additional towels! Bads are very comfortable, and they have this perfect little blue light next to bed, which is perfect if your kids are in the room and they don't like sleeping in full dark. City center is walking distance, public parking is 2 minutes from the hotel and they charge 14€ per day.

The location of my hotel is very central. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I go to Trieste again, I will stay at this hotel again.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Especially the gentleman at breakfast. It was nice to see him every day. I have only good things to say about this wonderful hotel. Bravo.

The hotel is about 5 minutes’ walk from the railway station. Since Trieste is not a big city, it’s easy access from the hotel to everywhere, just walkable distance. Staff are friendly and efficient. Wifi works well. I specially like their bathroom. The tiles make it sparkling clean. I should really install such tiles to my own bathroom to make it look sparkling clean as well.

This is a lovely hotel. Well located, in the city centre, but very quiet. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. We had a great stay. The staff were very professional, kind, warm and hospitable. The hotel is clean, cute and charming like the city of Trieste is :) Lastly, but not least, we would like to thank you for providing a safe storage space for our bicycles, which was extremely important to us. It is more for booking.com, as every time we travel with our bikes, we are not 100% sure whether the hotel is bicycle-friendly; this one is. Next time we will also try breakfast.

All essentials were great: bed, bathroom, location,... Great service and breakfast

The hotel is great, room is comfy though had a view of an internal yard / shaft, (but that didn`t bother me much) clean, spacious...Staff / frontdesk are very helpfull. Needed to change pillows...They had options of which pillow is your favoutite. Library area very relaxing. Easy reach to everywhere. Bus stop just infront of hotel, Station 15 mins walk. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel. BONUS....if you decide to go for a day trip to Slovenia or Croatia with "Get Your Guide"...pickup location is this Hotel....So...what else do you need?
