Everything is elegant, the staff is so nice

The staff at the Eden were beyond exceptional.

I stayed 4 nights, 07.01.2025-11.01.2025 Great location, elevator, perfect continental breakfast, nice staffs (especially women who greeted us kindly with smile, she usually was working afternoon to evening), good water pressure, good slippers. It was my 4th visit to Rome, and it was best choice. I'll definitely stay this beautiful room again next time.

The location is wonderful, being conveniently close to Barberini Metro Station. Additionally, it offers easy walking access to many of the city's main attractions, such as the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon, all within a 10 to 15-minute stroll. The hotel staff are very friendly especially Nayrouz at the reception, that was very helpfull and nice.

Design, service, amenities, location

The stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location made exploring the area very easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very close to the center of Rome. It was clean and cozy. The most I liked is friendliness and assistance of Luigi, the guy who works in reception. It was my first trip to Rome (Italy), but I didn’t find any difficulties as Luigi helped me with map and highlighted sightseeing to be visited step by step. If I come next time definitely I will stay at this hotel!

The staff were so nice and kind, even we lost our stroller at the airport and they brought us one with no extras they were overwhelmed. The room was perfect and nice and fluffy

The staff is excelent. The lady in the reception (forgot to ask your name, sorry about that) was so nice and helpful during all our stay. Room was spacious, even for three persons.

I have stayed here before and it is hotel of choice in Rime. It is located in best area, close to transport, comfortable, very helpful staff. This is a budget hotel, so don’t expect 5 star facilities. If however you want a cosy, we’ll situated hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, then this is the perfect hotel.

Location is great. It is a walking distance from many attractions. Staff are welcoming and room was cleaned daily.

You don’t have to look for another hotel unless you are willing to pay at least double or even triple what you pay at this wonderful boutique hotel. You are in the best location in Rome on top of the piazza D’Spagne where you can almost walk to all the attractions and enjoy the lovely restaurants and beautiful boutiques. The staff are super helpful and friendly, including the owner who makes you feel at home. The rooms are elegant and very functional with a super modern bathroom equivalent to a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast on the top floor with its views on Rome was unique. Great food, service and helpful staff. Ideal location to enjoy Rome on foot.

You can access everywhere easily , staff was very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. We spent wonderful time at the roof it has wonderful view.
