IndonesiaWhat a gem! We are so sad we only had 1 night here. This is the most incredible bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at! Truly a 10/10 experience. The property is absolutely magical! They have thermal pools which you can use privately, they welcome you with a complimentary beverage, and the rooms (apartments) feel like you are staying back in time! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home - they are seriously so kind! Do yourself a favor and stay here. We will be back!

I especially booked a two night stay to visit Villa d'Est...
I especially booked a two night stay to visit Villa d'Est and pre-booked tickets to the gardens. Very disappointed, as on arrival at the gardens told by the staff no water in the fountains as it rained the night before! My advice, before visiting try and check if the fountains will be working!

Such a wonderful and magical place the waterfalls are stunning the gardens are lovely places to walk around and the architecture and wall to floor there are sunning interiors a must place to visit if you are in Tivoli or in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The hosts have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. It’s a lovely, beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and perfectly located home. It’s in a quiet location yet is only a 5 minute walk to Villa D’Este and other Tivoli sites. It’s also located near many restaurants and cafes. We loved our stay here.

The location was excellent. There was paid parking right next door ( it is tight quarters so if you have a big car park on roof), everything was very close by. The property was very well stocked and Guido went out of his way to get in some Gluten Free and Dairy free items for our breakfast which was incredible. We loved the Villa D’este.

This apartment has an amazing terrace that overlooks the Villa d’Este garden. The wonderful sound of birds and fountains was so relaxing after we came back to the apartment after sightseeing. My friend and I appreciated the coffee available, too.

Extremely good location in old Tivoli near the villa d’Este. The room was spacious with one queen bed, and one single bed separated by a sliding door. While we were waiting for our check inn, the staff at the coffee on the first floor was very nice. For the check inn, the manager provided us with good information on WhatsApp.

We stayed for 3 nights at Residenza Carlandi and highly recommend it. The front door is only steps from the center of Tivoli, a completely charming town, and a short walk to Villa D’Este. The rooms are superb with modern fixtures in a 16th century building. Sleeping under a 500 year old ceiling fresco by Zucchari is amazing. The proprietor Marco could not be more helpful and welcoming: guide and concierge just for starters. We immediately felt like old friends coming for a visit and not like guests at a bed and breakfast. Outstanding.

Clean well-appointed room in a tasteful rustic Italian style. Centrally located in Tivoli, just a 4-5 min walk to Villa d’Este and Villa Gregoriana. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom updated, quiet AC, nice linens and toiletries provided, mini fridge with water. Nice breakfast in a charming upstairs dining room with views of Tivoli. Simone was awesome - called me a taxi when I arrived at the station, provided us wonderful restaurant recommendations and allowed us to store luggage past check out.
