Affordable, neat, clean and comfortable stay

The property is next to a station, McDonalds and AEON grocery store which is very convenient to us. The beds are comfortable to me and the room is spacious.

A beautiful room with many accessories. Here we received more accessories than in other higher level hotels. We changed from a smoking room to a non-smoking room without any problems. Very nice staff

Great location, this place accross from Shinsaibashi and very closed with Shinsai station

The staff helped with everything needed and answered any request we needed help, the rooms are good and spacious, separate shower and toilet which is a significant advantage, spacious rooms, and what's more, there is free hot and cold drinks in the lobby and a very comfortable sitting area.

Location is really good. Walking distance to the train and Shinsaibashi centre

Excellent location and service

The hotel exceeded my expectations - the room was bright and its size was good, there was enough space to place and open two of our luggage bags. The breakfast was great with both European and Japanese options. The hotel offers free ramen and free drinks in the evening for all guests. The hotel provides services to send luggage to other cities including the same day delivery.

Near everything, simple and plain good value

We loved many things about this hotel. First, it is very well located, it is in a beautiful district, close to Dotonbori and Americamura, but far from the crowds. It has a subway access literally next door, which is very convenient. The breakfast had a good selection of products, from both japanese and western style food. The room was comfortable and clean

Location is perfect. The downstairs has a 711 store, quite convenient. The other thing I like is that the room is very clean.

we experienced minor earthquake during our stay. the hotel staff was compassionate and understanding (maybe the locals already get used to quakes). they gave us more info on the incident and clear instructions on the evacuation.
